Residents of the East Coast Demerara village of Plaisance and surrounding areas will soon benefit from a brand new market tarmac.
At present it is unclear who will be building the facility as the various bids will have to be evaluated after they were opened yesterday at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board. Eight contractors will be vying for this project which the engineer estimates will cost some $20,043,450.
