Neglect is leading to the further destruction of the Soesdyke/Linden Highway in the vicinity of Yarrowcabra.
The area by the Pump Road in the vicinity of Skylark, a tourist resort that once existed there, is the worst affected. Residents say that the destruction is such that each day a piece of the highway simply collapses.
Such is the destruction that within weeks the highway could be impassable.Right now, motorists need to avoid the road shoulder in that area. Residents say that people could die.
