Georgetown Floodlights Team will clash with East Coast Floodlights team in a fund-raising 25-over softball match tomorrow under lights at the Georgetown Cricket Club ground, Bourda.
The funds will go towards offsetting a teenage girl from Enmore, East Coast Demerara who will be travelling to India for an operation of a dislocated spine.
Meanwhile, several trophies will be up for grabs, compliments of Sir Deoraj and L. Ganesh also of Enmore, Trophy Stall of Bourda Market and City Mall.
The action is set to commence at 18:30hrs, and and exciting contest is anticipated as a number of top softball players will be on show, including former national wicketkeeper Sheik Mohamed.

Kuru Kuru headline latest Timehri Inter-Block results
Kuru Kuru Back scored a 4-1 win over Airport to headline the latest winners in the Timehri Inter-Block football tournament sponsored by the Ministry of Culture Youth and Sport.
Ryan Scott, Cordell Johnson, Dexroy Adams and Sherwin McIntyre each got on the score sheet for the winners, while for Airport Joel Sam made the lone response.
Yarrowkabra eased past North Soesdyke 2-0 with Jim Hilliman and Ryan Schultz finding the back of the net.
Soesdyke Falcons also recorded a 2-0 triumph over Ice House Road. John Gordon and Damien Sam scored for the winners.
Hilltop Thrill edged Kuru Kuru Front 1-0 with Sheldon Holder scoring for Hilltop. Round De Road also edged Caimans 1-0. Valentine George scored the lone goal.
The tournament continues October 3 due to some unforeseen circumstances.
