Dem boys stand up pun de seawall whole day yesterday and dem keep looking out to de ocean. Dem ain’t see nutten. Dem wait till midnight and dem ain’t see nutten. Dem going back today and dem gun continue looking.
Some other people mekking phone call overseas and all dem hearing is that nobody know de name that dem calling.
Dem boys even checking wid some shipping company to find out of it got a cargo to Guyana and when it lef but none of de shipping lines offering any help. All dem talking bout is bringing cars and minibus and containers.
People who see dem boys looking out call dem relatives overseas and try to find out if dem hear bout any invasion. In de end fast mouth people hear that dem boys looking fuh Fip and de equipment that he was suppose to bring fuh de hydro road.
De man was bringing de thing since April and when one month past he claim how he had to use a barge. Well dem boys seh that de barge sink because dem can’t see it anywhere. Even de lighthouse ain’t get no radio message.
Some people in Guyana willing to sell Fip de necessary equipment but de man behaving like he don’t have money to pay; instead he want to rent on credit. Is like he don’t have money and de people done give he advance pun de contract.
