The reward, which has no photograph, stated that Rowe is wanted for questioning in relation to murder and armed robberies. He is said to be 19, medium in build and dark in complexion. His last know address is Independence Boulevard, Albouystown.
It said that persons with information on Rowe’s whereabouts should contact the police on telephone numbers 22-56411, 22-67065, 22-61326, 22-56940-43, 22-58196, 22-62917, 22-71270, 22-71149, 911 or the nearest police station.
It said that all information will be treated with the strictest confidence and callers can remain anonymous.
Rowe is the latest fugitive for whom police have issued a financial reward.
The largest was the $25M that was issued for fugitive Randell Rawlins, called ‘Fine Man,’ who, along with Jermaine Charles, called ‘Skinny’, was eventually killed by security forces in 2008.
A $25 million reward was also offered for information leading to the arrest of the persons responsible for the torching of the historic Health Ministry building.
