Rats run from a burning ship and so it would be in the southern part of the city because of constant police action. In their pursuit of a wanted man the police have made life uncomfortable to the extent that in some homes people take turns sleeping.
The situation is going to get even worse now that school is out because children talk.
The police are going to be even more active and will be rewarded for their efforts.

There is no need to warn of road accidents. Anyone knows that there will be more of these in the coming days as schools close and drivers now race to compensate for the loss in revenue.

A dog is going to maul a child who would be attracted to some fruits in a yard that appears to be unprotected. A fence is going to be the starting point because the children know that once they stand on the fence they would be safe from the dogs.
However, accidents happen and there will be a fall. The rest is not difficult to imagine because no adult would be at home at the time.
