Rollers Volleyball Club in collaboration with Rich Seenawat has organised an All-Fours Competition for June 13 at the #63 Beach in Berbice.
According to Organiser Romel Bansie, who spoke with Kaieteur Sport following the completion of the first round of competition in the Aracari Resort Tournament, the event is open to all interested teams in Berbice and serve-off time is slated for 09:00 hrs.
Among the teams invited to participate are: Port Mourant, Port Mourant Jaguars, Rollers and Guysuco Training Centre.
Bansie told this newspaper that prizes will be given to the top six teams along with individual awards for Best Spiker, Setter among others.
Rollers, according to Bansie, has been inexistence for over 34 years and has produced players the quality of Wally Bascom, who is a former national captain, Clifton Phillips and Charles Henry, while the current crop include Bansie, Seon Wilson and Imran Azeez.
