Giftland OfficeMax donates volleyballs to GVF

The Guyana Volleyball Federation was the recipient of six balls compliments of Giftland OfficeMax which is expected to be used for a training camp for young aspiring players shortly, at the Joe Vieira Park, West Coast Demerara.
National Coach Jadeshwar Doolchand, who received the balls at the Company’s location on Water Street in Georgetown yesterday, expressed his gratitude to the entity for the balls.
He stated that this is the first of its kind, and he is keenly looking forward to making the venture a success. Doolchand also mentioned that this initiative is a collaborative effort between the National Sports Commission (NSC) and the GVF. Marketing Manager Compton Babb, speaking on behalf of the Company said that they were indeed pleased to be associated with the GVF.
Other members in attendance were GVF Vice-President John Flores and NSC Sports Organiser Chitram Choonilall.
