Fecal, fetid, filthy, fungal immorality of the fascist government in Guyana

There is no end to the degeneracy of this miasmic government we have. Here is a regime that has escaped the wrath of the populace despite committing the worst atrocities in the exercise of power that would have brought down other fascist juntas in the Third World. There is no military government in Africa and Central America that would have survived the inhuman balance sheet that this cabal here in Georgetown has chalked up
That sheet reads like a monster on the loose devouring victims. It contains sexual nastiness of the most uncivilized kind, extra-judicial killings of hundreds of persons, gargantuan corruption that rivals anything we read about in places like Nigeria, Mexico etc., and racist policies that are unheard of in these parts of the world.
And this sordid train keeps on track, stopping at destinations all over the territory where it spills more putridity on its subjects, the latest being a heavy dose of fecal hypocrisy directed at a grieving family.
The Government of Guyana has sent a message of condolence to the Lashley family who suffered an unnecessary fatality on the break of day on Independence Day, May 26. Austin Lashley died in a two-vehicle smash up at the junction of Sheriff Street and the Rupert Craig Highway.
The Lashley family was returning home from the National Park event that began the night of May 25. In that correspondence of sympathy, the Government descended further into the pit of feces that they use as a weapon to silence their critics.
The Lashley family was informed in that letter that the Government is putting in place measures to eradicate accidents like that which took the life of Austin. The measures, according to the missive, include driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, using a cell phone while driving, driving while under the effects of narcotics.
Nowhere in that letter was one of the causes of accidents cited and the particular contributory factor to the death of Austin Lashley – the breakdown in the functions of traffic lights.
This writer contends unapologetically that the collapse of the traffic signals was deliberately left out of the document.
The reasons given to the Lashley family is that it is the citizens that directly contribute to fatalities on the road. This is masturbatory asininity.
The Hobessian theory of the social contract obligates the Leviathan to provide security for the citizenry. The people of this country are entitled to working traffic bulbs. How can one argue that lovers endanger their lives by going at midnight on the seawall?
The Leviathan’s duty is to allow his/her subjects to perambulate the seawall without fear by the provision of security.
If the Leviathan cannot do that then the Leviathan is responsible for the attacks that criminals perpetrate on innocent victims.
My car was broken into right opposite the Eve Leary hostels for police trainees by the seawall bandstand. There were no street lights, so the burglar was encouraged. I was attacked in the night two Mondays ago when a miasmic substance was thrown in my face right at the junction of Light Street and North Road.
Right above, I repeat, directly above my parked car was a street light that went out millions of years ago. If there was light, it was possible that the champion of filth that attacked me would have been deterred.
The car that Austin Lashley was traveling in met in a headlong collision because the lights at that junction were in blinking mode. No one had the red, no one had the green and death occurred. A replica, I repeat a replica of that accident took place months ago at the junction of Church and Camp Streets.
I don’t care if a crazy guy runs a red light, I contend that if lights are functioning, causalities will be reduced. This Government should acquire some commonsense and do a survey and ask drivers how many times they ran a red light.
If you go past a red light, commonsense will tell you that you may die because an opposing driver is coming at you because he/she has the green. If you don’t have traffic lights everybody is coming at everybody.
In such a condition, according to Hobbes, the life of man would be nasty, brutish and short. Indeed the life of Austin Lashley was short.
Instead of offering an apology for the death of Austin Lashley, the Government of Guyana chose to play politics with this little boy’s demise. I call that the fascist mentality. Fascists have an obsession with the death of people.
