A certain issue is going to create a lot of animosity. There are conflicting reports about the cause of death and the families are going to be sharply divided.
The police are going to be caught up in the middle because while one family is going to demand prosecution at the highest level the others are going to say that there is a lot wrong. Even time will not resolve the issue.

Another boating accident will occur and again lack of attention is going to be the cause. A simple lantern might have averted disaster but sometimes the simple things are ignored with dire consequences.
**
The roads are increasingly becoming places of danger. Some of the drivers are so inexperienced that situations that would have been avoided under normal circumstances are actually going to become major accidents.
One driver is going to be in the right as he takes a turn into the path of an errant driver. Panic and over reaction would send one of the vehicles into a trench. It is there that the trouble would begin because with the rainy season some of these trenches have a lot of water.
Bystanders are going to plunge into action and avert disaster.
