– Proceeds in aid of charity
The country’s top grass track riders have already confirmed participation in this year’s GT&T Cellink Plus / Friends Inc. Meeting which is in aid of charity that will be held on Sunday, May 23, at the Ogle Community Centre ground.
According to the Organisers, the categories that will be contested are the 125cc for professional and novices’ riders, while there will also be competition in the Chappy group.
Among those expected to participate are Andrew Wong, Stephen Vieira, Vassie Barry, Carlos Rodrigues, Andy Rajkarran, Junior Da Silva, Alvin Balgobin, Mark Menezes and Jimmy Ten Pow, while in the Chappy division riders such as Vibert Gordon, Zalim Mohamed, Javid Alli, Reza Mohamed and Satesh Singh are anticipated to thrill racing fans.
Nine races are carded for the day and the first one starts at 12:00 hrs.
