– Linden vs Georgetown rivalry anticipated
Tonight one team will know whether or not it will have a crack at the $500,000 first place prize in the Mackeson National Super Ward Basketball Championships following last night’s conclusion of the first round of competition.
Only the outcome of the games last night could have determined the team that will compete in tonight’s first semi-final. The other semi-final game is set for Tuesday night at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall.
The second place team will take home $250,000 while the third and fourth place teams pockets $150,000 and $75,000 respectively. The mega competition also offers individual prizes for the MVP and best rebounder among others.
