Check on contractor leads to nightmare
Contractor Fip Motilall
Attempting a background check on Makeshwar Fip Motilall is a nightmare. A check through US Search revealed that the man has numerous aliases.
The ‘search revealed the following: Makeshwar Fip Motilall, 48; Makeshwar Fip Motilall, 47; Makeshwar F. Motilall, 48; Fip Motilall, 48; Makeshwar Motilall, 48; Fip Makeshwar, 48; Makeshwar Fip Motilau, 48; Makeshwar F Motilau, 48; Fip M. Motilall, 48; Makeshwar Fip Mottlall, 48; J.F.Motilall, 48; M. F. Motilall, 48; Kmakeshwar Fip Motilall, 48; Makeshawar Motilall, 48; Makeshwar Fip Motilall, 48; Makeshwar Mitilall, 48; Makeshwar Motilall; Mastaneh Motilall, 48; Fip Motilall Makeshwar, 48; and Makeshwar F Motilau, 48.
A further check revealed that the Florida State Contractors Board issued the following licences to Motilall and a corporation he heads.

Motilall has been awarded a US$15 million contract to construct roads leading to the Amaila Falls Hydro Electricity Site in the Mazaruni District.
Head of NICIL, Winston Brassington told the press
last week that Motilall was qualified, that he had previous experience having constructed roads in Florida and Georgia.
The Florida and Georgia Departments of Transportation Procurements and Contracts divisions have confirmed to Kaieteur News that there is no record of any such constructions.
Instead, Mr Motilall features among a list of Delinquent Real Estate taxpayers. As of June 1, 2009 the records of Palm Beach County revealed that Motilall owed one set of taxes amounting to US$10,350.59.
Then there was the indebtedness of US$1270.91 by Motilall Makeshwar F. These taxes up to June 1, last, attracted an interest of three per cent, plus the advertising costs. Motilall is currently in Guyana constructing an office for Synergy Holdings Inc.
