On April 6, a slim brown skinned male, approximately 5ft 7″ tall, and of East Indian descent, was ‘found’ slouching in a wheelchair in the Accident and Emergency Unit around 14:22h.
According to hospital reports, he was severely dehydrated, his eyes were sunken and he was experiencing shortness of breath. As a result, the Emergency room staff were unable to ascertain his name, age, address or next of kin.
