Stricter de government wiser de population. Imagine de government taxing people and de people who collecting de tax thiefing de money. If de Auditor General didn’t open he mouth nobody woulda know that Khurshid people thief more than $300 million in a few years.
What got dem boys thinking is how dem do de thing. De thieves know that once dem deposit nuff money de people in charge suh lazy that dem wouldn’t have time to count.
When de people collect de money dem write receipts which dem don’t put in de system. De receipt is just fuh mek de books look right. Then de receipts does disappear but nobody ain’t checking. One man thief and when he certain he pocket full he ketch a plane and go way. But when people greedy dem does end up in trouble. As soon as de one lef another tek over.
De life was sweet and dem boys believe that de life still sweet. People get knock off but when you pocket full how that can hurt you? That is wha dem boys want fuh know.
Dem boys seh that is de same thing happen in all dem government department. Things meet de sage wheh people try fuh rob dem in de private sector but dem does get ketch. A man does protect he own money.
De sad thing is that dem people don’t spend money wid dem poor friends. Dem boys want dem fuh give back something to de people who paying nuff tax. Buy drinks; host parties. That is wha dem boys seh. Talk half. Lef half.
