All Stars by virtue of playing unbeaten captured the Guyana Netball Association season opening tournament which was played last Saturday, at the National Gymnasium.
The tournament which was contested among three teams saw All Stars defeat Rim Rockerz and Doves to claim the title, while Doves beat Rim Rockerz for the runner-up spot.
The feature event of the day’s activity was the 2009 Annual Awards Ceremony, while a March Pass of teams affiliated to the GNA was also conducted.
