Yesterday dem boys cause confusion. Dem call de Waterfalls paper and announce that Easter Monday is not a holiday. Well is then dem boys know that some people does only read de headlines.
Nuff people cuss and all of dem want know if Minister Rohee mad. Some people start fuh write dem sick leave fuh Monday. One woman cry how she buy kites fuh she children and now she got to come to wuk
But that wasn’t all. De boss dem also know that dem can shut down de place but dem and all get vex. Up to then none of dem ain’t see de print that tell dem fuh read page 12.
One man just hear he friend repeat de thing and he gone and tell everybody who he meet as though it was gospel.
But as dem boys know, knock got knock back. Uncle Freddie call Dale and tell he that some house bunning pun Robb Street. Dale speed out and drive de whole of Robb Street. He is still to see a fire.
Then somebody call to seh that a man get shoot. Mike Jordan lef wid bird speed like if is he family get shoot. He come back wid he face long.
But was de man who hear that he son in de lock ups who tek de cake. He coulda call home but not he. He go to all dem station and when he didn’t find he son is then he call home. De boy answer de phone. De big man start to cry and de son believe that something bad happen.
He start cry and he call he mother who call she husband who still crying and she lef and go to de wuk place. It tek she one hour fuh understand that nutten ain’t happen but by then she pressure gone up.
Next year Bharrat banning All Fools Day.
