Dem boys seh…Strange things happening

This is a strange world. Strange things happening. A man beat he wife and she call de police. De police carry she to the station and then dem decide to charge de husband.
De wife go to court and hear when de magistrate jail she husband fuh nine months but she don’t tell he. She go home and keep she mouth shut. She keep on living wid he like nutten happen. Dem boys seh that she believe that he woulda kill she this time.
He get in another story and de magistrate recognize he and send he to jail. Imagine de wife vex. Dem boys she that is love.
A mother and father live wid dem children in a house. Three of de children get abused sexually and de parents ain’t know. How can that happen? De children had to exhibit some discomfort. Dem had to go to school. Teachers had to see something but that ain’t happen. Dem boys conclude that these children never go to school and that is a crime but de authorities don’t tek notice.
But dem boys seh that dem notice something de other day. A woman was de second best graduating student in a course run by de army. That mean that she could run, shoot, drill and everything wid all dem men.
Some of dem actually drop out because dem boys claim that 60 people start de course and only 32 finish. Police train wid soldier and beat de soldier. Dem boys want to know if de army getting weak. A woman is de best soldier to graduate. Unless de women getting stronger.
Is only one drill leff and that is to drink although dem boys believe that it happen. Just before dem graduate dem does have to drink up a storm. Dem boys want to know if de woman outdrink dem too. Dem know that women smart. Some of dem use to mek de man buy drinks and dem use to empty it in plant pots.
Strange things happening. And by de way, de country start fuh remember Burnham again.
