The Tenelec (Bobby Deonarine of Maryland) sponsored Under-15 tournament organised by the Berbice Cricket Board (BCB) is set to bowl off this weekend in the Ancient County with several matches.
This competition will be used by the BCB Junior Selectors to pick the county’s team for the Inter-County competition.
Second round matches will be contested on Sunday.
Tomorrow matches are as follows:
Zone A – Bush Lot vs Shieldstown at Bush Lot; Blairmont vs Woodly Park at Blairmont; No. 2 vs Rosignol at No. 2; Achievers vs Rainbow Generation at Lovelylass; D’Edward vs Bath at D’Edward.
Zone B – Young Warriors vs Tucber Park at Cumberland; Rose Hall Community Centre vs police at Angoy’s Avenue; Cathedral Shalom vs Tucber park at BHS ground.
Zone C – Rose Hall Town Metro Females vs Johns’ at Johns; Tain vs RHT Farfan & Mendes at Tain; Gibraltar/Curtland vs Rising Star at Courtland; Albion Community Centre drew the bye.
Zone D – Big Star vs Kennard memorial at Ulverston; Kildonan vs Johana Young Ivory at Kildonan; Port Mourant vs Mibicuri Strikers at Port Mourant; Whim drew the bye.
Zone e – Tagore memorial vs no. 2 @ No. 64, little hulk vs scottsburg @ no. 66. Skeldon community centre bye.

All matches start at 9:30hrs and would be 50 overs per side.
