Prince Holder was re-elected unopposed as President of the North Essequibo Cricket Committee when the body held its Annual General meeting last Sunday at the CV Nunes Primary School at Anna Regina on the Essequibo Coast.
Chuzic Balgobin will serve as the vice chairman while Elizabeth Granville is the Secretary. Hakim Khan holds the Treasurer position and the Assistant Secretary Treasurer is Looknauth Bhagwandin.
Arshad Ally is the Organising Secretary while the committee members are Chuzic Balgobin, Shaneigh Calvan Prince Shepard, Dhanraj Singh, Arshad Ally, Isnu Dial, Albert Belfield, Shivraj Budram and Serain Samaroo. Speaking after the elections, Holder thanked the clubs for electing him and urged the executive to work as a team for the development of cricket in North Essequibo. He also called on the business community to support the game.
