Yesterday, three ranks on motorcycle patrol stopped this pedal cyclist on Cummings Street and conducted a search of his person. When they found nothing, they ordered him to release the air from his bicycle wheel and then rode off.
As the man pushed his bicycle with a flat front tyre he shook his head in disbelief.
When asked what was the reason for the search and subsequent order he replied, “Buddy they say how I beat the traffic light on Regent Street.”
