Bharrat has to beg anybody who he leffing to act to be careful wid de siren. Dem boys talk bout how Clement had a field day driving round wid de siren. If he going across de road from he office was de car and de siren and was wuss when he going home.
Robert, however, break all de rules. He decide to go pun a field visit to dem farmers in de backdam. Well dem cows in de pasture bruck a sprint and some of dem still missing.
Don’t talk bout de dogs and dem children. Parents still complaining how de children don’t want to sleep alone anymore.
Robert put on de siren in de backdam like if dem had traffic there. Was confusion. De farmers who he go to meet disappear because dem probably think that was de last days. Of course de Good book talk about de coming of de Lord would be accompanied by trumpets and a loud noise coming from de heavens.
When de farmers hear de siren dem didn’t sure wheh de sound coming from suh dem run home. Who coulda pray, did so wid a vengeance.
Robert had to send people to announce that is he come. Dem boys think he woulda get sense. When de meeting done de man put on de siren in de backdam and was more confusion. De siren mek some sheep get crazy and knock down people.
Dem boys seh that Robert see de confusion and he smile. Then he tell de driver that power is a great thing.
Dem boys seh that dem farmers forming a delegation to meet Bharrat. Dem intend to remind de big man that he nevah do such a thing and dem can’t understand why Robert had to do that.
And to mek matters worse, dem intend to ask fuh compensation fuh dem sheep and cows and dogs that missing.
Talk half. Lef half.
