As the hour draws nigh when Gwendolyn ‘Stealth Bomber’ O’Neil and Sharon ‘The Spoiler’ Ward clash in the Holland’s Enterprise Promotions (HEP) ‘New Year’s Beatings’ boxing extravaganza, the corporate community continues to render that crucial ingredient, financial support, to ensure the success of the card.
Yesterday morning, furniture giants, Courts Guyana Ltd and Steve’s Jewelry World joined the corporate family in support of the card. Both executives were impressed by the efforts of HEP and were extremely delighted to render support for the card.
Mr. Steve Narine handed over the gift on behalf of his company while Mr. Lester
Alvis did the same for Courts. Mr. Narine said, “Steve’s Jewelry World stands willing and able to support the card since the talents of local boxers would come to the fore.
Mr. Alvis reminded media operatives of his company’s involvement in almost every sector in Guyana whenever support is necessary. He affirmed that Courts would continue to address its corporate duties in support of local sportspeople. Holland in return, expressed heartfelt gratitude to both executives.
