The waters are once more threatening and there is going to be a river collision in the dark waters of the Essequibo. This will result from a combination of carelessness and inexperience.
One boat will be speeding along with its bow in the air. The pilot will not have a clear view of what is before him. In his panic the throttle will jam.

A late night road accident will send some people to the hospital. Speeding and alcohol make for a deadly combination. In this case the minibus will not be in the wrong, although it too would be travelling at a fast clip.

The police are going to target an arsonist who in a fit of rage would set his home afire to spite his wife and his mother. The man is going to go into hiding but in the process he will also expose another man wanted by the police.
An over exuberant policeman is going to shoot one of them but nothing will come out of this except the laments of the relatives of the victim who would swear that the police had no reason to open fire.
