Is nuff pressure and dem reporters having a field day although some of dem missing de whole boat. Imagine dem boys pick up de newspapers to read bout de fire that destroy Globe Yard. One newspaper mek it look like if is one house burn down when is bout three. Dem boys get vex.
But other things now worrying dem boys. Is nuff people getting kill. One man get shoot and all of a sudden is like a vendetta because gunshots start fuh ring out all over de place and people suddenly start fuh keep in dem corner.
Who can’t hide getting shoot because Tuesday night a man walking and he get some bullets. And he live right in de heart of de city near to a police station.
Since that happen dem boys tekking out dem pen and dem calculating how much murders happen fuh de first two weeks in de year and dem doing de Maths fuh de whole year.
Dem got other concerns. How in this hard guava season a thing like a big earthquake guh hit Haiti? Countries in this part of de world never think about earthquake proof building. So imagine how dem buildings fall down. Who coulda run manage to get away but some who run outside actually get crush because buildings fall pun dem.
Haiti is like Guyana. It is poor. It ain’t got equipment fuh rescue people. One hymac actually sink overboard and de people can’t tek it out. Imagine, how dem gun move all dem concrete to get out people. Is de absence of dem kind of equipment mek people use to build wid wood.
Dem boys seh that Haiti shoulda build wid wood and nuff people woulda be alive today. Now dem boys want all who building wid concrete to tek note.
Talk half. Lef half.
