And dem boys seh that dem memory really fail dem when dem claim how Paul Slowe get he last promotion more than five years ago. De man get he promotion to Assistant Commissioner on January 1, 1999. He ain’t get another one and eleven years pass.
Henry get a promotion from Deputy Commissioner to Commissioner.
Dem boys want to know who gun get promoted at GWI. Instead of de situation getting better it getting wuss. Last week de water company was distributing pine drink. Yesterday it was mauby. Dem claim how dem flushing de line. Tomorrow dem might distribute coffee.
