De government moving to ban latrines. Dem boys seh that people mekking latrines to insult de government. One Minister tell Cabinet that people talking about de latrine that collapse and kill a schoolgirl. Ramnarine get two promotions in two years. He is now Assistant Commissioner.
And dem boys want to know how is only Bharrat and Sam getting invite to dem Old Year’s night function. Wha happen to dem other Ministers? Perhaps there is a limit to freeness and is only de really big ones qualify.
