There is a clamp on the crime wave but that is not stopping the criminal elements from seeking new avenues to attack people in the society. In their frustration they are going to become even more desperate in the coming days.
What is going to be rather bothersome is the fact that they are going to be operating in various parts of the country because they are of many groups. One group will target a location on West Demerara only to be trapped because the boat they would seek to use in their escape would be found and released.
Indeed, there will be protests by relatives, but these would ring hollow.

As the year draws to a close there will be even more traffic accidents caused by hurrying drivers seeking to capitalize on the money being shelled out by people heading to the various bargain centres.
But there will be one accident that will defy all logic. The driver would be one of those inexperienced people who, on being spotted by the police would seek to escape. A high-speed chase is going to prove disastrous for an innocent driver.
The poor situation of the blood bank is going to make situations worse.

Some people get no rest. A fire is going to threaten a home because of the anger of one person. Needless to say he would be under the influence when he attempts his dastardly act, but neighbours would thwart, in part, the deadly intention.
