Joseph Coddett, the GWI field manager who was shot on Tuesday evening by two bandits, still remains in a critical condition at the Georgetown Public Hospital.
He is presently a patient of the High Dependency Unit.
Coddett was relieved of his gold chain during the incident.
Yesterday when this newspaper visited the injured man he was leaving the main operating theatre.
Sources at the hospital said that Coddett was in a tremendous amount of pain and was very weak. It was also revealed that the man is receiving oxygen and intravenous drips.
