When de Scriptures talk about thing coming to pass people does put all kind of meaning.
The Scriptures talk ‘bout de last days and all of a sudden people talk about de world coming to an end.
And it look suh because Bharrat and all of dem trying to stave off de end because dem gone to a summit to talk about halting climate change. Well dem boys seh that people trying to mek de Scriptures wrang.
Tek de case of de Ramayan. Is a beautiful story. Is bout Sita and Ram and Hanuman. Hanuman is de angry God and he get vex that he tek he tail and set it on fire and bun Lanka.
Was an old story. But dem boys seh that old time story does come back again and dem right. Dem got a Hanoman and he bunning GuySuCo. That story mek dem boys remember Noah and de flood.
Was a December into January when Guyana get a flood and a half. People build all kind of ark and some of dem fall overboard and dead from Leptospirosis.
Some drown in dem own yard. Was old time story come back again.
Dem had Moses. He share manna when de people was hungry. Well Bharrat share food when dem had de flood. He send he disciples in de water to places far and wide wid manna.
Now is Christmas and was Christmas in old time days when three wise men come from de East wid gifts. Bharrat come from de East Coast, from a far off place name Mahaica and he giving de people gifts of six per cent.
Is nice when de Scriptures come to pass and it more nice when people can compare this time to lang time.
