Fitness Paradise Gym, which opened its doors to the public on Monday last, recently launched the first edition of what will be a quarterly Newsletter, FITNEWS.
The launching of the Newsletter coincided with the launch of the gym on November 28 at the Brandsville Hotel, location of the gym.
The first issue of the newsletter contains a welcome from gym CEO Donald Sinclair who says that the newsletter will not only feature interesting news and reports about the gym, but will also carry reader-friendly and informative news, updates and advice on a range of exercise, nutrition and life-style matters of interest and importance to that community of persons who are pursuing, or are committed to, fitness lifestyle regardless of gym membership or sport affiliation.
Each issue will feature a Special Guest article from a well known personality in the world of bodybuilding and fitness. The Special Guest in this Premiere Issue is Guyana’s first Professional bodybuilder Hugh Arlington Ross.
In his piece, “Stay with the Programme” Ross is encouraging persons to embrace a healthy lifestyle which entails incorporating a proper diet and an exercise programme in their regime. “A proper diet and exercise programme will not only enhance your physical appearance bust also contribute to a higher level of performance, be it sports, studies, job related or even socializing,” Ross explains.
