A 40-year-old miner was killed around 11:00 hrs yesterday following a collision between two trucks on a trail near Buck Hall. Police identified the victim as Michael Trotman of Georgetown.
One of the vehicles is owned by Barama Timber Company Limited.
According to reports, a mining truck was on its way to Aranka when it collided with a truck owned by Barama Company Limited.
