Action in the Demerara Cricket Board Hand in Hand Second Division, which has reached its semi-final stage and the Guyana Cricket Board Three Day First Division Cricket competition in Demerara continues this weekend.
In the Hand in Hand competition, semi-final play with see Cornelia Ida facing Demerara Cricket Club at Uitvlugt and Diamond Cricket Club battling Lusignan Sports Club at Diamond on Saturday.
An alternate date is set for Sunday in the event of rain or any other eventualities that could disrupt the semis.
Meanwhile, in the GCB -Three Day First Division Cricket Competition, play will be contested in the first two rounds in the two groups.
The groups consist of: Group A – Transport, GNIC, Everest, GCC, GDF, UG, Enterprise; while Group B: Lusignan, Malteenoes, Mavericks, Police, New Line Cavaliers, DCC, Nandy Park.
