Following his return home for an end of year break to his football season in the United States, Gregory ‘Jackie Chan’ Richardson returned home from his North Carolina base and paid a courtesy call on Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Dr. Frank Anthony and Parliamentary Secretary, Steve Ninvalle at their Main Street office.
President of Pele FC, Cary Jacques, accompanied Richardson on the visit.
Mr. Anthony congratulated Richardson on his achievement and his subsequent exemplary performance while in the USA and urged him to share his newly acquired knowledge with local footballers. He also wished him success in his future endeavours.
Richardson is set to venture further afield, when tries out for a club in Scotland.
He returns to the USA in early January to engage in several trial matches under the watchful eyes of selected scouts from Scotland.
