Ryan Crawford meet today is start of end of season clashes
Plenty of action is still on the horseracing calendar for the 2009 racing season, with most of the tracks still to run off their final races for the year.
With the horseracing arena seem to be returning to some sort of stability a number of the race clubs have signal their intentions and have finalized their dates for their final race meets for the season.
A look at the racing calendar will see almost all the tracks booking dates which is expected to end in the New Year, with only the Anjue and Hamlet race track exhausting their dates.
The Ryan Crawford Memorial Turf Club (RCMTC) will start things off with their final race meet for the year which is set for today at their racetrack at Alness, Corentyne. Eight races are carded on that programme and an exciting day is promised that that venue for horseracing fans.
The next meet is scheduled for Sunday November 15 and that will be the Rising Sun Turf’s Club (RSTC) meet at Rising Sun, Arima Park West Coast Berbice.
Next race date on the calendar will be Norman Singh Memorial Turf Club’s (NSMTC) one day horserace meet which is schedule for Sunday November 29 at their facility at No.6, Bel Air West Coast Berbice.
The Horseracing bandwagon then goes up the Corentyne where the Port Mourant Turf Club stages their grand one day Pre Christmas end of year meet on Sunday December 13 at the Port Mourant Turf Club (PMTC), Corentyne Berbice.
Kennard Memorial Turf Club (KMTC) has their two days Christmas season end of year meet lined up for Boxing Day Saturday December 26 and Sunday December 27 at the club’s track at Bush Lot Farm, Corentyne, Berbice.
The horseracing session for 2009 will end at the Rising Sun Turf Club (RSTC) when the entity’s grand one day New Year’s Day meet on Friday January 1, 2010 is staged at the Rising Sun Turf club (RSTC), West Coast Berbice.
