…re-launches Main Street branch
With a mandate to provide a five star shopping experience for customers, Courts Guyana inc has re launched its Main Street Branch. Under a new corporate campaign, this new innovation is part of a Regional chain amongst Courts Caribbean and has thus enhanced the shopping experience.
The Courts brand which came to Guyana 16 years ago continues to serve thousands of customers. With an entirely new atmosphere the enhancement will include a wide variety of the latest furniture and appliances for customers.
Country Manager Lester Alvis said that the investment is valued in the tens of millions of dollars and is a clear demonstration of the company’s confidence in Guyana’s economy and confirms a commitment to providing outstanding services.
The re-launch has also seen an update of the brand promise from ‘Adding Value Everyday’ to a new strap line ‘Bringing Value Home’ which reflects a customer friendly relationship.
At the re-launch of the store was Prime Minister Samuel Hinds who said that the company came in for great praise after taking the very bold step to reintroduce hire purchase in Guyana.
He added that with the aid of Courts he has been reassured that Guyanese can be earnest and honest hard working people like any other.
He added that courts in providing an easier way of obtaining furniture for the home has been allowing Guyanese to incrementally upgrade their standards at home.
Customer Service Executive Rawle Dundas explained that with the modernization, the company expects to overcome the upcoming high demand shopping period that is traditional to the festive season.
And as such, customers are expected to receive exceptional services provided by staff.
