Oct 19, 2009 Letters
Dear Editor,
Suddenly, after reading Mr. Kissoon’s column in Kaieteur News of October18, 2009, about the situation of stolen books, I feel compelled to pen a few words.
First of all I do not know the authors of the many letters that Mr. Kissoon wrote about, and neither Mr. Kissoon, but I think it is journalism to the lowest extent when one writes about stories that happened some four decades ago, especially when that person was not convicted of the alleged crime.
Mr. Kissoon made it clear that he was discharged and according to the laws of any country, when a charge is discharged, it is dismissed, there is no conviction registered.
So why are we wasting time to go back into history to write nonsense?
