Receive one BMX cycle and helmet each
Because of their discipline, dedication and commitment displayed during the annual Teach Them Young eight-weeks cycling programme, Nicholas Nandan, Christopher Griffith and Deeraj Garbarran were each presented with one BMX cycle and helmet by Insurance giants, Hand in Hand Mutual Fire & Life Insurance Company.
Making the presentation yesterday at the conclusion of the company’s 7th annual 11-race programme was Sales Manager, Colin Welcome.
This is the third year that Hand in Hand is making such a donation which Welcome said is a motivator and reward for youths who display the right attitude and discipline in their early years in the sport.
The recipients were all part of the Teach Them Young cycling programme and impressed Head Coach Hassan Mohamed with their overall commitment to the sport, thus the reward.
Mohamed expressed profound gratitude to Hand in Hand for their continued investment and commitment to the development of young riders.
