Dear Editor,
Each year, four times per year I have to sit in my chambers and be assaulted by the Police Force Band as they play and march to and from the High Court at the opening of the Criminal Session.
Mr. Editor once before I have written about the quality, or lack of it, in their renditions. Each time I hear them I say to myself that they can’t get worse, yet they succeeded in doing just that.
Today the 8th day of October, 2009 they took the cake for sour notes, Mr. Editor they were so bad that even the drum was out of tune.
