Dear Editor,
The manufacturers of cell phones should device a system to prevent cell phone users from extracting cash out of the cell phones of others. The cell numbers of these thieves and the amount they extract should be given to the police, so that investigations could be begin. These culprits should be charged and brought before the court and penalties imposed. Pilferers would twaddle or talk nonsense for long periods at the expense of other phone users.
After they have babbled out their credit they would extract cash balances from other peoples’ phones.
They should not buy cell phones if they know that using them would be costly.
