DEAR EDITOR,
I may have appeared to be somewhat sarcastic when I noted that the eroded seawall at #78 Village would have been estimated at $100 Million to be returned to a state of normalcy.
Well, judging from the nonsense that was done with that $154 Million sluice at De Willem, it appears as though my estimate might be as they say “right on the money”
