Play in the Stag / Upper Demerara Football Association B-League continues this afternoon at the Bayrock Community Centre ground with Peacemakers taking on Flamingo.
Yesterday afternoon, Amelia’s Ward United were scheduled to play Coomacka United at the same venue.
In latest action on Sunday last, Peacemakers whipped Coomacka United 3-0.
Eon Pluck netted in the 5th and 52nd minutes and Paul Murphy sealed the issue in the 75th minute.
Peacemakers now move to third in the points standing and can increase that lead in this afternoon’s clash with Flamingo, who were a no show for their game against Vasco on Sunday, which catapulted the latter to top of the league with Netrockers on 11 points apiece.
The scheduled match up between Netrockers and Hi Stars was rained out and has now been fixed for Sunday.
