Dear Editor,
I have been following the Local Government Elections episode and am disappointed to learn that such elections would not be held this year.
It’s unbelievable that that group of Councillors would be at City Hall for a longer period, while the citizens suffer, and the city rots, and the politicians argue about Local Government Reform.
It is time the Government put an Interim Management Committee (IMC) to arrest the decay of our capital city until local Government Elections can be held.
I sincerely hope that none of those 30 councillors return as members of the IMC, or as councillors ever again at City Hall. They have proven to be a group of incompetent persons.
Come on Mr. President get the rid of that tired brainless group and move on with our capital city.
