The National Under-19 rugby team benefited from the goodwill of Brans Security Service when Managing Director of the entity Harold Bransford presented a quantity of jerseys to the squad last Thursday, at the National Park.

Bransford made the donation to Captain of the team Lancelot Adonis in the presence of Union President Noel Adonis, Manager Curtis Jacobs, Head Coach Laurie Adonis, Assistant Coach Theodore Henry and members of the touring party.
The Guyanese left to participate in the NAWIRA Under-19 Championship Qualifier for the IRB U-20, 2010 World Trophy which started on Saturday and runs until July 11 in the Cayman Islands.
The locals will be pinning their hopes on the performances of Adonis, Gordon Andrews, Ryan Dojoy and Gavin Thompson who are all returning from last year’s edition.
The full squad is: Lancelot Adonis (Captain), Gordon Andrews (vice-captain), Richard Coates, Soren Cox, Clinton Mars, Rudolph Ogle, Jamaal Yarde, Rondell McArthur, Terry Adams, Allain Crawford, Ryan Dojoy, Colin Billingy, Quincy Jones, Gavin Thompson, Javier Butcher, Trevor Mathieson, Claude Alexander, Matthew Talbot, Vallon Adams, Mark Massiah, Carl Lewis and Akeem Fraser.
Guyana finished fourth in the last competition, while hosts Cayman Islands are the defending champions.
