There seems to be no end to the road accidents. The more the laws the more the deaths and the police are trying to cope.
A speeding car is going to strike an elderly woman who would be walking on the parapet. When the driver is caught he would contend that he was driving slowly and that the woman walked into his path.
Angry eyewitnesses would be constrained from taking their own brand of justice because of pacifiers in the crowd.

A raid on a ganja farm is going to result in injuries to one of the ranks conducting the raid because of a trap. The farm is just one of many that are proving too difficult for the law enforcers to contain.
The owner of this farm would turn out to be a prominent citizen but save for a few people many would not know.

The deadly waters in the western part of the country are going to claim yet another life. There is going to be a boat collision in the dark because the boats would not have adequate warning lights.

A dispute among gold miners would end in a fatality. The fact that the claim is not owned by either of the warring parties would mean nothing.
