Devon Searles, who allegedly shot at Kelvin Barker with the intent to maim, disfigure or cause grievous bodily harm, was yesterday remanded by Magistrate Hazel Octive Hamilton, at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
The incident allegedly occurred on December 31, 2008.
Police Prosecutor Robert Clement told the court that there is a pending arrest warrant for Searles in another court.
He was remanded and is expected to make another court appearance on June 2.
