GT All Stars in pole position
The Guyana Masters Football Association league continues this weekend with a total of 5 matches.
Leaders GT All Stars on 18 points and a plus 23 goal difference having scored 26 and conceded 3, will take on host team Georgetown Football Club, 2nd in the standings two points back in today’s lone game.
The tournament’s leading goal scorer Ron Austin with 13 to his name will show the way for All Stars in their quest for victory and 3 more points against GFC.
Four more matches are to be played tomorrow. At the GFC ground from 10:00hrs, Western Tigers oppose Carib Masters with the main game between Pele and Thomas United from 11:30hrs.
Santos will travel to Berbice to take on West Berbice at the Blairmont Community Centre ground, while Rasta Patriarchs will be entertained by Top Class of Linden at the Mackenzie Sports Club ground.
