GABBFF’s Treasurer and two-time Miss Guyana Bodybuilding champion Fiona Harris informed Kaieteur Sport yesterday that a high-level panel of facilitators will not only discuss several health issues affecting sportspersons, but will also interact with the audience and answer questions.
Harris informed that Sandra Plummer, John Campbell, Frank Tucker and International Bodybuilder Hugh Ross will discuss Health issues, Diet and Nutrition, Exercise, Contest preparation, How to deal with injuries and Healthy life style.
“While this is a GABBFF event, we are encouraging all other sports disciplines to attend since the topics to be discussed will be of great importance to all sports persons as they strive to improve their strength, stamina and fitness level to improve their performances in their respective sports,” Harris said.
GABBFF’s Vice-President and Organizing Secretary, Aretha Adams, also encouraged the public to utilize this opportunity adding that registration fee is just $500.
