Kids First Fund is seeking the help of the public to send two brothers for heart surgery in India.
The boys, Yogesh Das, 7, and Kumar Singh, 4, of Lot 651 17th Street Foulis, Enmore, East Coast Demerara, have serious heart defects requiring open heart surgery which is not available in Guyana.
Kids First Fund wishes to take the children to the Frontier Lifeline Hospital in India for the life saving surgeries.
According to Kids First Fund, Yogesh has Tetralogy of Fallot and his surgery will cost US$7,550, while his ticket to Chennai, India will cost US$3,000. Kumar has a large hole in the heart and his surgery will cost US$6,350, while his ticket to Chennai, India will cost US$3,000.
