Dear Editor,
For quite some time now many GT&T landlines in Mabaruma, North West District have been down. The resident technician claims that he cannot do the repairs and that he has reported the faults to Headquarters.
It seems that there have been no responses because more lines are malfunctioning now.
This puts additional expenses on consumers as we are forced to utilise the cell phones. Also, would we still have to pay any fees for the period the lines have been down?
Worried Consumer
